New Zealand Rigging was contracted by GCTCL to run the shore management of the Round alone Race for Hexagon, starting from Cape Town (2002-2003).

New Zealand Rigging is a small company based on the North Shore of Auckland, New Zealand. Specalizing in all types of rigging including composite and conventional type rigging.

New Zealand Rigging offers complete aluminium and carbon fibre masts manufacturing for cruising boats, performance race boats and super yachts.

The company has extensive experience working with some of the bigger events and projects, including the Volvo Ocean Race, Illbruck Challenge (German Team) which successfully won the 2001-2002 race. The company then took the opportunity to take over the shore management for the Round Alone Race in 2002-2003 for New Zealander, Graham Dalton. New Zealand Rigging also has experience with America's cup yachts.
